I ordered my usual size, like I always do, and somehow this fit like it was made using a completely different set of measurements. Tight in random spots, loose in others, it felt like the sizing chart was trying to gaslight me. Not saying there’s a grand clothing-size conspiracy here… but this one definitely did not match what I expected...

I ordered a pair of running shorts the shipping was way slower than it should’ve been. There were basically no useful updates for days, so I was just sitting there wondering what was going on. Super annoying. The shorts were fine once they finally showed up, but the whole waiting around with no info kind of ruined the experience

The shirt itself is actually nice, especially if you’re not too picky about colors. I was expecting a darker blue based on the online photos, but the one that showed up was lighter than I thought it would be

I really wanted to like these shorts, but give me a break, the fabric felt way thinner than I expected for the price. The fit was fine, nothing amazing, but after just a few washes the stitching already started looking rough. They’re not the worst shorts ever, but I definitely expected them to hold up better.

It held up alright for a little while, but the seams started wearing out fast. I was hoping it would last longer, so I would say it is okay, just not great.

I really wanted to like this gear because it looks cute, but it didn’t hold up once the weather turned. The jacket was way too thin for windy rain, and the leggings started feeling cold quickly too. I also felt a bit passed around trying to figure out if I’d picked the wrong items or if they just weren’t meant for winter runs. Probably fine for mild days, but I wouldn’t count on it for real cold or wet weather.

I liked the gear I ordered, but the exchange process was slower than I expected. The return portal was easy to use, though I wish it had been clearer about when I’d actually get the replacement. I kept worrying I was going to be out the item or stuck waiting too long, so I ended up following up with customer service. They did respond and got it sorted, which I appreciated. I’d probably order again, but not if I needed something by a certain date

I emailed support twice and never heard anything back. They make it sound like someone will get back to you quickly, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. Frustrating when the promise doesn’t match what actually happens.

I really wanted to like these Oiselle leggings because I’ve heard good things, and I’m always hoping to find that one pair I can grab without thinking. But these felt kind of rough on my skin and tight in random places, especially around the waistband. It kept digging in whenever I sat down or started running, which is basically the opposite of what I want from leggings.
After one workout, I was already counting down the minutes until I could change out of them. Maybe they fit other people better, and fit is so weird anyway, like jeans shopping but somehow more disappointing. For me, though, they just weren’t comfortable at all.

The stuff is cute, I’ll give them that, but the prices are way too high for what you actually get. Whoever set those prices is acting like a total clown. I expected better value.

I thought the pockets would be useful, but I feel a bit misled. They’re way too shallow, and my phone keeps bouncing out when I move around. Frustrating because that was one of the reasons I wanted them.

I genuinely like the Oiselle community, i don’t think that’s a weird thing to appreciate. The runner stories feel real, and I like seeing different ages, body types, and everyday runners instead of everything looking overly polished or staged.
That said, I’m not going to pretend the shopping side has been perfect for me. Some items feel pricey, and sizing has been hit or miss, so I’m a little more careful before buying now. I’d still check them out, but I just don’t order as often as I thought I would.

I’ve tried shopping on oiselle.com a few different times now, i’m kind of over it. Every time I find something I actually like, the size or color I want is already sold out.
It gets annoying fast because I don’t have the patience to keep clicking around just to find out there are barely any real options left. It feels like I’m wasting my time before I even get close to checking out.
The clothes might be great, but I wouldn’t know since I can’t actually buy the stuff I want. Disappointing experience overall.

I was able to find some running clothes on oiselle.com without a ton of hassle, but the experience was kind of hit or miss. Some parts of the site worked fine, while other pages felt a little clunky or slower than I expected. The filters were okay, but not always as helpful as I wanted them to be.

Checkout was straightforward once I got there, so no major complaints on that end. Browsing, especially on mobile, could definitely be smoother though. Overall, not a bad site, just not the easiest or most polished shopping experience. 3 stars.
